Projects
Machine Learning
- Reproducing the algorithm from the paper Neural News Recommendation with Long- and Short-term User Representations.
- Improving the algorithm with the GRU model to represent the long-term preferences and short-term interests of users, and introducing the attention mechanism to identify important information in the news, which is more effective than the original algorithm.
Deep Learning
- Using deep learning techniques to complete the task of target detection in urban traffic scenes, selecting a Faster-R-CNN model with FPN structure and the project is implemented based on the MMDetection object detection framework.
- The Cascade R-CNN algorithm is used to improve the model and there is some effect improvement.
Software Engineering
- Developing a research internship information distribution platform, with the function of posting projects, viewing recruitment information and registering.
- Responsible for project management, front-end design and most of the front-end and back-end interfaces.
- Involved in back-end development and database management.
Mathematical modeling
- Predicting the economic impact of new coronary pneumonia transmission based on logistic models.
- Completing most of the problem analysis and model construction.
